Our family has had the pleasure of working with Spark Admissions for our two older children and we look forward to one more engagement with our youngest. Our experience with Spark has been outstanding. Their consultants are incredibly knowledgeable, very patient and highly organized. Their communication is consistent, clear and always timely. Our consultant did a very good job relating to young people and really got our son to engage fully with the college application process which can be both overwhelming and daunting. They imposed structure for our children and set clear expectations for what tasks they need to complete. This timeline (and the consistent reinforcement of it) is one of the best gifts that Spark provides to any family as it markedly reduces stress. However, amidst the structure, they are also very flexible and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate any questions/changes/second thoughts. I can recall several times where we reached out either by email or phone about smaller (but important) issues that came up and our consultant was incredibly responsive every time. Lastly, they are very personable and engaged in the lives of their students. They invest in their students and are genuinely excited about their successes. Spark has been an amazing support for our family during the college application process and, most importantly, has helped both of our older children to gain early decision college acceptances which are well-matched to their interests and desires. Our children are thrilled and we are immensely grateful.
