Dr. Laura Chilson-Parks

As a Senior Admissions Consultant, Dr. Chilson-Parks compassionately provides strategic, informed guidance to help her students successfully achieve their college admissions goals. Drawing on a decade of experience in admissions and writing coaching, she excels at helping students create strong narratives that exhibit their unique characteristics. She also guides students toward meaningful extracurricular experiences aimed at developing their short- and long-term goals.

Previously, Dr. Chilson-Parks worked in admissions and advising roles at Brown University. She has also taught and advised hundreds of students, including guiding students through the process of crafting compelling application materials for entry into prestigious colleges and universities, internships and scholarship programs.

Dr. Chilson-Parks holds a PhD from Brown University and a BA from Wellesley College, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She loves going for walks in the woods of Western Massachusetts with her husband and friends.
